A case study from Brathay Trust

The Brathay Research Team will present a case study that outlines the contribution of the youth and community work sector to the wellbeing agenda.

The University of Cumbria’s Youth and Community Work Team and Child and Family Team come together with Brathay Trust to present a stimulating and engaging seminar series.

The seminars will run once a month from 5.30 to 7.30 pm at the University of Cumbria Lancaster campus or Brathay Trust in Ambleside. Each seminar will include a 45 minute talk or input, short break and hour of critical discussion or workshop time. There will be refreshments on arrival.

The seminars will offer critical perspectives and dialogue on any aspect of theory or practice related to children, young people, families and communities. They are designed to create a safe space for consideration of contemporary issues in the lives of children & families and youth & community work, and appropriate practice to support them.

These events are free to attend.
