Biography

My role is Senior Lecturer for the Non Medical Prescribing programmes where I am responsible for the Pharmacists Clinical Skills Development and Work Based Learning for all students on the NMP programmes. I have taught on the NMP modules for the past sixteen years.

I have current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and I am a member of the Royal College of Nursing, registered with the NMC and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.  I maintain my competency as a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) and Non Medical Prescriber (NMP) with clinical practice sessions at a Walk In Centre.

My main areas of interest include all aspects of NMP, Primary Care and developing clinical skills.
