I feel that the relationship with the University of Cumbria is critical to our Sixth Form and is an integral part of what makes our school unique. So many of our students choose to attend the University of Cumbria due to their fantastic Masterclass sessions and it has raised the aspirations of so many of our students.

The Masterclasses held by the University of Cumbria are frequently a highlight in our students’ year. As staff we feel that the opportunities for students to access the facilities, speak to a range of tutors and experience what life would be like as a university student is invaluable and often inspires multiple students to consider Higher Education as a progression option for them.
