Information for Practice Assessors and Supervisors
Regulatory bodies state that placement providers are responsible for ensuring that an up-to-date local register of current Practice Assessors and Supervisors is held and maintained. Practice Assessors and Supervisors must demonstrate their knowledge, skills and competence on an ongoing basis. In order to support Practice Assessors and Supervisors collating this evidence many organisations have devised ‘Mentor Portfolio of Evidence’ or ‘Mentor Evidence Records’.
