Waddell Halls
Located on campus, Waddell Halls are perfect for getting to and from lectures and seminars, whilst being secluded from the main campus to ensure privacy. The halls are only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Lancaster.
Learning Gateway
The central hub on campus, the Learning Gateway is home to our Students’ Union, The View café, and our student support services, making it a popular social spot on campus.
Sports Centre
Our Sports Centre offers a range of facilities, including air-conditioned fitness suites, a grass football pitch, and a floodlit artificial turf pitch. Year-round class timetables are also available, offering Pilates, bootcamps, yoga, and strength and cardio sessions.

Supporting your learning with access to thousands of books, journals, and electronic resource collections, the Harold Bridges Library provides a complete range of services and support to enhance your academic and study skills.
CAFE MARTINEAU
At Cafe Martineau, you can enjoy a selection of delicious hot and cold snacks, as well as a selection of cakes and pastries. We supply sandwiches, baked potatoes, paninis, hot and cold drinks, as well as a selection of other grab and go food. Meet your friends and colleagues to enjoy the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The café is on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly.
THE KEEP
One of the most eye-catching and historic buildings on our Lancaster campus, the Keep houses our IT suites. These dedicated computer rooms can be used as a quiet study space or booked out by lecturers.
