Short course - Collaborative Project Behaviours
This course provides participants with a toolkit of techniques to foster an environment of team-working and collaboration in a project-based setting. Participants will explore the principles and practices underpinning effective communication, collaboration and conflict management, as well as building and awareness of reflective and reflexive thinking.
Course Overview
Delivered over two days, this highly interactive course provides participants with an understanding of the theory and practices that enable individuals and teams to work collaboratively and effectively. Participants will look at how to foster positive behaviours and relationships with team-members and stakeholders, exploring concepts including emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
This course is available to all professionals working in a project or programme setting and can be delivered online or in-person.
