Biography

I commenced my professional journey as a small business owner, a role I held for seven years, before transitioning into the field of further education (FE) as a lecturer. Over the course of eleven years in FE, I lectured and advanced into a middle leadership position, overseeing three departments: Business, Digital, and Creative Design.
In 2025, I joined the University of Cumbria to continue advancing my career. within this role, I am currently working with the CMDA apprentices.
