Biography

I have worked at the University of Cumbria since 2006 in a range of roles including Human Resources (recruitment) and Student Support (careers). I moved into an academic role in Project Management in 2021. 

I graduated from the BSc Project Management top-up in 2019 with a first-class honours degree, and my dissertation research was accepted as a paper at the BAM conference in the cloud 2020. 

My research interests include leadership, team working, organisational psychology and student support.
