Paul Ethell MBE

I have worked in manufacturing and engineering industries, both in the UK and overseas, for most of my career. As a HR Director, I have always focused on ensuring the development of highly-skilled people to meet current and future demands. I firmly believe the strength of the local region and particularly its higher education, are crucial to this and am therefore delighted to be now supporting the University of Cumbria and its students.
