Stephen Talboys

Biography

Stephen is currently Group Head of Property for AXA UK and brings broad expertise in leading estates and facilities services and associated investment programmes in estates, technology and change. 

This includes Higher Education estates executive director level roles in the University of Salford and University of York, prior to which he was the director responsible for large regeneration investment programmes in Bradford and Tees Valley.   He is a Chartered Civil engineer and Chartered Surveyor and also brings experience as a Company Director of various subsidiaries and Trustee/Governor of various voluntary organisations.
