Biography
I am a senior lecturer and programme lead on the Paramedic Practice Apprenticeship at University of Cumbria. I am responsible for the quality and planning of the programmes and liaising with the employers and stakeholders.
I undertake Tri Partite Reviews with personal tutor students on a 12-weekly basis across both the RNDA and the Trainee Nursing Associate Programme
I teach and am module leader for modules spanning across both level 5 and level 6 of the programme.
I am personal tutor for students and also undertake employer liaison with stakeholder organisations.
A key part of my role is also recruitment of new students onto programmes through an integrated approach with employers and also direct enquiries from students.
I am also a mentor to other members of the team and provide day to day support and coaching.
