Biography
I am a part-time lecturer in Outdoor Learning. I contribute to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and am a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor. I have a background working in different outdoor, education, and youth and community work settings acorss the voluntary, statutory and private sectors in the UK and abroad.
I am also a Psychodrama Psychotherapist and trainee supervisor working in private practice, where I provide individual, group and outdoor therapy, and clinical supervision. My approach is creative, embodied and experiential, rooted in psychodrama theory and practice, but also integrating attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic theory.
