Biography
I am a Registered Mental Health nurse and have worked with Higher Education since 2011. I currently hold the role of Programme Leader for BSc (Hons) Nursing Programme overseeing all four fields of Nursing. I have overall responsibility for the strategic management of course development, quality assurance and organisation of the delivery of the programme. I contribute to the delivery of a range of modules both mental health specific and shared across fields. I have experience as an External Examiner and am currently a QAA reviewer for the NMC.
I am currently undertaking a Phd exploring narrative work within Nurse education and specifically the impact this has on a students professional practice.
