Biography
Sarah completed 16 years in the Royal Army Medical Corps, British Army. During which she was successfully selected for the first full time Paramedic cohort in which she passed with distinction, following this she was then selected for the BSc (Hons) which she completed with a first class award in 2019.
Sarah worked as the clinical training lead for her military unit developing soldiers within their chosen career pathways, she thrived in this role and decided to leave the military to focus more on her own Paramedic development and pursue a career in teaching, Sarah currently works as a locum Paramedic for the military part time.
Sarah completed all her academic learning with The University of Cumbria as both a full time student and a distance learner working between shifts and balancing family life, giving her personal experience of the importance of time management and the challenges student face.
Sarah joined the Paramedic CPD team in March 2020 and completed her PGCert in Learning and Teaching for Higher Education in September 2022, Sarah is currently studying the MA in Education Professional Practice.
Sarah works remotely on flexible working hours between Monday to Friday.
