Short course - Introduction to Planning and Cost Control
A two-day course that can be delivered online or in-person, Introduction to Planning and Cost Control provides participants with an overview of project planning, monitoring and control including Earned Value Management. Participants will take part in planning a project, gaining an understanding of and applying tools such as Critical Path analysis, Earned Value calculations, and resource levelling and smoothing, to plan and maintain a project schedule.
Course Overview
Designed to give project professionals a working knowledge of the planning and control process, this course provides an overview of the key project planning and control activities that support the successful delivery of projects and programmes such as estimating, resource management and reporting.
This course is available to all individuals working in a project or programme environment and is particularly useful to those who are new to the profession.
