If you have already applied and have been offered a place at the University of Cumbria please wait until your Offer Holder Day invite is sent and attend that event instead. Brampton Road is home to our Institute of Arts and is fully equipped to bring about a space designed for you to create and feel inspired. Whether you draw inspiration from the industrial architecture, the beauty of the Lakes or the ruins of ancient Hadrian’s Wall there is always something to stimulate the senses. The University campus sits in a place that juxtaposes the old and the new, the city and the country; what better place to study a creative course?
Located only minutes away from buzzing Carlisle city centre, full of bars, eateries and entertainment. Also well served by train links which provide easy access to the Lake District, the main line for London and routes into Scotland. It is an ideal base from which to explore.
